Service Agreement

Agreements run for 5 years and includes all toner, parts & labour, preventative maintenance is part of our service plan. Our service engineers are trained by Ricoh on all the devices we service. As part of Ricoh’s policy we are not permitted to work on devices that we are not trained on, therefore the education is a vital part of our ongoing service expectation.
